Yes! Every seller on Sonadirect is verified, and all orders come with our Buyer Protection policy. Your payment is held securely until your order is delivered and confirmed plus 5 working days.
You’ll find gold jewellery (22K, 18K), bridal sets, artificial/fashion jewellery, silver jewellery, and men’s accessories all from trusted Pakistani sellers.
Most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days depending on your location and the seller. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Yes! You can add jewellery from different verified sellers to your cart and checkout in a single order.
Buyer Protection means your payment is held securely until your item is delivered + 5 working day and confirmed. If your item is not as described or not delivered, you’re eligible for a full refund.
Returns are handled by each seller individually. Please check the return policy on each product page. Buyer Protection applies to orders that are not as described.
Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. If the item is not as described, once the item has been reviewed, you’ll receive a refund under our Buyer Protection guarantee.
Yes! Anyone in Pakistan can sell on Sonadirect whether you're an individual, a jeweller, or a jewellery business. Simply apply to become a verified seller here, and once approved, you can list your items for buyers across the country.
Sellers receive payment after the buyer receives and confirms the order after 5 working days. This ensures transparency and builds trust with customers.
Sellers must provide valid ID, product photos, descriptions, and commit to honest listings. Our team reviews each seller before approval.
